changes request status/changes

Dear all,

I have a very hurgent problem:

I have trasported almost 30 Change Request in Production System 1 month ago.

After that the customer did a client copy from PRD into QTY.

I don'think that this could be the cause, but my problem is that now if I go in STMS I have the status of theese Change Request that is grey, as If they should be imported, but are alreaady in!!

Is there a way in order to check when e why the status has chaged?

How can I UNDERSTAND what is happen?

Hi Alex,

Please check the versions of all servers(Dev, Qty and Prod).

If it's report, create one more request and move to production.
