Hi Turbin,
Yes you can do changes, but depends what your trying for.
Goto T.code SCC4 there you can open the client and then make changes.

No, changes can not be done in the QA client.
Do the respective changes to the table in the Development and then transport them to the QA.
Changes are to be transported only from Dev client to the QA client and then to the Production Client.
But how ever if you are authorised to do so, you can always do the changes in the QA and transport these changes to the Production.

Hi Line,
This depends on the authorizations given to you by the basis in quality client as well as system settings of quality client.
But it is not advised to do so in any system other than development.

In order to revert the changes done and to keep the earlier versions
just do this
Utilities --> Versions --> Version Management
select the check box next to the request number which has the previous changes
and click on Retrieve Button(Ctrl+F5)
which prompts for a transport request.
now create a new request for retrieving the older version and save it. activate it.

Hi Line,
You can just select the older version and click on the retrieve button. It will automatically ask for you new TR number or if you have already created the new TR the object will be stored under that only.

Hi Line,
Once you retrieved the older version now you need to activate your table as there are still two versions one is active and other is modifiable.
