After activiting the change poiters wher the changes and modified data are storing data?

Changes(creating and modify ) Data's are storing in BDCP table. or check in CDHDR and CDPOS tables.

Do u mean, BDCP table?
In some cases(if logs are checked at domain level in SE11) then, u can see in CDHDR, CDPOS
