Change pointers not set on customer create

Hi - I've configured the system to set change pointers for the message type debmas when a customer is changed.

It works fine in XD02 when any of the fields are changed.

The problem is it does not work in XD01 when the customer is created. BDCP2 does not get written to.

Any ideas what I'm missing to also set change pointers when a new customer is created?

Thanks

Barry

Hi Barry,

sounds like you are missing the entry DEBI - KNA1 - KEY in BD52. Try that and it will work.

I'm guessing all the steps listed above have been done otherwise it wouldn't work for changes.

Thanks

Richard

Hello,

I think there is some problem with your configuration.

Please follow the below steps:

i) BD61- Check whether active or not by clicking check box.

ii) BD50- Activate change pointers for DEBMAS message type

iii) BD52

iv) BD60

v) partner profile: WE20

vi) BD64

Now, try to create customer.

Thanks,

Abhijit
