Change pointers not captured for HR Master data

Hi Friends,

I have developed one custom infotype and enabled the 'change document' in the fields of data elements of that infotype. The changes to the HR master data are captured in development system, but failing in quality system. The following configurations are done for this.

Used message type HRMD_A

Created z-segment

Created extension.

Created filter group and added the infotype there with corresponding object type.

Can you please suggest what could be the problem?

Hi Anand,

Have you enabled change pointer globally? If not, you can use transaction : BD61

Also, please check if you have enabled change pointers for message type HRMD_A using transaction : BD50.

Best Regards,

Gopal Nair.

Hi Gopal, Thanks for reply.

Change pointers are enabled globally using BD61 and in BD50. But still change pointers are not captured in quality server.
