Change Namespace type

Hi,

I guess this more a basis question than ABAP, but anyway...

We installed a package from a solution provider and it created a namespace type C (Recipient). Now we need to change some of the objects (abap programs) included in this namespace. The solution provider sent us the Repair Key which we used in SE03 to change the namespace to P (Producer). But in this tcode it requeries a Development License too. Along with the repair key, the solution owner sent us a Developer Key which is not accepted in the Development License field.

Does anybody know if we have to generate our own development license in Marketplace and how?

We need to open this namespace to edit it in our dev system. Can you give me some instructions on how to do that?

Any help would be very appreciated.

Hello

You need to follow OSS notes: 846500, 757235 and 150451.

Once the above is done then you need to go to SE03 a list all the object and change the owner and system owner.

You are right this is a Basis job.
