Change documents difference with "Log data changes" in table settings?

Hi,

Assume I only want to track changes for one table and all fields in that table.

What is the difference between creating a change document object in SCDO and add fields from a table to log changes

vs

"Log data changes" checkbox in technical settings of the table in se11?

Table logging is normally used for customizing tables, wheres change document objects are used to track changes to master or movement data, often with hierarchical dependencies of several tables.

In your scenario, I would tend to table logging, it's much simpler than to create and implement a new change document object.
