Change Attachment file type

When I schedule a job and auto sending a mail to user. The attachment file type is ALI.Can I change the file type from 'ALI' to 'HTM'??

Hi!

I think you can do this by using certain conversion rules. For details please search service market place. There are a lot of OSS notes available on this.

Hi shwan,

1. SCOT is one basis transaction where we setup

how the attachments are CONVERTED and sent in emails.

For eg. we have to facility to convert ALV lists to

PDF, HTM, TXT etc.

Similarly for sapscript/smartforms etc.

2. Goto SCOT

Double click SMTP node.

A small window will open.

Click on 'Set' button for Internet option, at the below.

One more window will open.

For ABAP List open, choose HTM from the combo box.
