Hi

If you are already an abaper u need to get a letter from your employer and submit the same to SAP india for the certification exam.it costs around 35k..and the center for exams?..u can choose anywhere in india

if u r a fresher and have no exp, then u need to approach Seimens for training and certification.it costs around 2 lakhs
