CDPOS/CDHDR - Creating Change OBject

I have created a ztable and i view it on an updateable ALV Grid Control(cc) on a se51 screen.I have been told to monitor all the changes done on the ALV (which ofcourse is saved in the ztable) by creating a Change Object(ztrans56) and updating tables CDHDR and CDPOS. I have never created a CHANGE OBJECT before. Whats the T-code for this ? and

how would i connect my Ztable modifications to CDHDR and CDPOS using this change object ? Any help,tips,sample code is greatly appreciated.

Look at the transaction SCDO. You should be able to create your change object there.
