Hi Santosh ,

Use the extension MESSAGES INTO itab for the command CALL TRANSACTION.

Please refer to the help for call transaction for the same.

See the ex:

CALL TRANSACTION 'VL02N' USING I_BDCDATA

MODE 'N'

UPDATE 'S' messages into I_BDCMSGCOLL.

IF SY-SUBRC <> 0.

MOVE-CORRESPONDING: IT_REC TO IT_ERR.

APPEND IT_ERR.

CONCATENATE 'ERROR UPLOADING : ' IT_REC-VBELN

INTO I_MSG1.

APPEND I_MSG1.

ENDIF.

Hi Santosh ,

I think you are implementing BDC using call transaction and not sessions.

So what i remember is that we call the transaction for each set data , ie if we have 10 records to upload we call the transaction 10 times , so in that case you can surely get the error message for each set of data.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

What is ur question please ? You want correct the value after the you get error message .

That we cannot do the call transaction use session it will help you.

Error records are in the log you can reprocess session and correct the errors in foreground already updated records will not in the log only the error records will update once all error records updated session will disappear from sm35
