Cannot save workbook to a role

I am working with the BEx Analyzer in BW 3.5 and am attempting to save workbooks to roles. After I execute the query and select "save as new workbook" the Save button is greyed out. I was able to save a workbook to Favorites but when I select Enter in Role, I receive a "you are not authorized to save an entry" message. I am however able to save queries to roles.

My authorization is as follows:

S_USER_AGR

Activity: 01, 02, 03

Role Name: ZBW_*

S_USER_TCD

Transaction Code: RRMX, SAP_BW_*

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Thanks,

Pam

Do you also have S_RFC ?

Run a trace - ST01 - to see what authorizations you are missing.

I'm not sure what S_RFC does for me, but I do have access as follows ...

Activity: 16

RFC Name: *

RFC Type: FUGR

Noticed that you also need access to S_RS_FOLD.
