Cannot print barcode with workcentre 3220.

Hi there. I've new to SAP so any help with my issue will be appreciated. I've workcentre 3220, I use this driver - Global Print Driver File Download and I am trying to print a bar code using the folowing code - <ESC>(s1p301h20v4b4s24670T12345. In order to start compiling i use the following command lpr -Plp6barcode. I don't know what i am doing wrong. I got the specification, I messaged to xerox.com, but it is been a day already and i don't have an answer from them for my issue. Please help me.

lpr -Plp6 barcode in the MTMS.
