can we use tcode in program?

I want to know whether can we use tcode in program to get the data.. like not mentioning the fields of the table just tcode alone. And it must bring table and its structure also. can we do that in program??

What do you mean? If the transaction is in fact a maintenance on a view then just read those in your ABAP no need for an extra transaction step.
