Can Modification Assistant be Re-Enabled?

While assessing the requirements to make a small modification I disabled the modification assistant for an object. No changes have been made to the object.

Is it possible to enable the assistant again for this object?

Or is disabling it a one-way operation?

Could somebody give me a menu path or transaction for this?

We are on a 4.6C system.

I think it may be a one way operation. I have yet to find a way to turn it back on.
