Can an INCLUDE structure be renamed without losing database content

Hello,

We need to rework the appends/includes developed in our namespace for better transparency and reduce complex development. Is there a way to replace an existing INCLUDE with another name with the same fields?

Any advice is welcomed.

Cant't answer your quest (my guess: yes, should be possible without data loss), but a test scenario with $tmp opjects should be build up in a couple of minutes by yourself.

Would be nice if you could post your test results here.

Hi Uwe, I did the test in 2 minutes and it works without any issue (I modified the include name, whose fields were identical to the original include, and activated it without database utility). Can you convert your comment into an answer so that we can vote for it?

Yes, changing the INCLUDEs name doesn't result in dataloss (see also comments on your original question above)
