Calling BAPI in Visual Basic ( Arabic Problem )

Dear Friends,

I created a BAPI and i am using this BAPI in my Visual Basic program.

its working fine.

But my Materials Description is in Arabic Language.

In SAP it is comming in Arabic no problem but when i cal my BAPI in VB

it is giving me Hshes ##### instead of arabic .

Any help highly Appricated.
