Bus Obj & Event for workflow

How to find out the business object and the event for the following scenario.

When a payment is made on a particular customer account against some request, a notification needs to be triggered against that request.

And how to proceed further. Pls let me know asap.

Hi,

You will find the business objects from SWO1 transaction.

Here you says that payment is made to a customer.

In SAP 2 scenarios will be there:

One we sell our products to customers, and he makes us Payment (Account recivables) In this case find Invocie related business object

And we purchase products from vendors and we make payments for that vendor.

(account Payables) - in this case for a Vendor Invoice we have to foind the business object.

so based on above we have business objects and use them with the related methods.

WORKFLOW

Workflow automates the steps and activities in a business process according to predefined procedures and rules.

Workflow presents information and documents to the appropriate knowledge worker or agent (another entity such as a program) to make a decision or perform an activity.

Workflow tracks each and every step in the process flow and maintains an ongoing status.

Workflow also collects and reports all of the metrics associated with the execution and completion of the process.
