I see that they sed a different WebIDEUsage value

We managed to get the S4 Destination working , as had to add Build apps IPs in the allow list, but now the S4 Service doesn't show any data in build apps

Two questions:

1. Is the Destination's Entity Type showing the data when you click on "Browse Real Data" under Data tab? 

2. What steps did you do before launching the App to display the data?

While browsing real data, don't search for a specific record. The objective is to know whether you are getting the data from the backend at all. 

Do you see any records there?

Yes we tried both way, with record and without record, no data in search

I can attach SAP Gateway screen shot, if needed. SAP gateway shows metadata

So, the problem is with the backend OData Service ZBP_PRO... and not the Build Apps.

Please check the error log in the backend system and discuss with the developer.
