Buffer table is not upto date error with BAPI_CHANGE_PO

Hi Experts,

I am updating the delivery completed and final invoice indicator using BAPI_CHANGE_PO.But while updating for some of the POS we are getting the buffer table not upto date.Kindly any one advise how to solve this problem.
