breakpoints

Hi all,

i have 2 programs. i am calling 2nd one from 1st prg.

How many breakpoints can i put for both.

Somebody says 30 breakpoints for each and someone says 30 for both.

Plz do clarify it.

Hi,

In total(both or all the programs) we can put only 30 <b>soft break points</b>. They are also called as external break points. You can try it... open two programs simultaneously in display mode and try to keep more than 30 break points. The system will give a message that "You cannot set more than 30 breakpoints". sy-407.

u can put as many u want...

but one think i want to ask why u want to put breakpoint more than 30 :-)?....
