There is one object created by someone ...ie Z*** ...I wanted to see the definition ...i am using SE24 , is it correct tcode for this ?

The Z object is associated with a workflow .

Business Objects can be seen in SWO1 tyransaction.

If you ever need to search for anything usually the best place to stop first is SE84. In this case go to se84 -> Business Engineering -> Business Object Browser. There you'll find what you're looking for.
