I went over your recent posts and - forgive me, if I do you wrong in this matter - it seems to me that many of your questions seem to result from a more fundamental lack of knowledge regarding programming techniques and SAP modules.
I don' t think that it' s possible or function of this forum to solve every task a developer receives, so it' s probably a good idea to attend some of SAPs basic HCM & ABAP trainings.
The matter of this forum should rather be to solve difficult technical / process oriented problems.
