BKPF Table

Hello, this may be a simple question, but the TCODE (Transaction) field in the BKPF table, is the value that shows up in that field the actual Tcode that was executed by the User to enter the respective accounting document? Thank you!

It depends.

For example, if it says FB01 then the user might have been in FB01, or SM35, or an Excel spreadsheet.

It is more reliable in telling you which screen they were in and in which mode.
