Can any one tell me how to see the item billing text.

i got little bit confused here. In vf03 transaction i can see delivery text, item note and sales text.

is the delivery text nothing but the item billing text??

billing text is related to Invoices

delivery text is related to shipping inforamtion

I'm not aware of an 'item billing' text, but there are texts for billing items. You can see the billing item texts in VF03, GOTO -> Item -> Item texts. I think you need to go back to whoever made the request and get some clarification on whether they are looking for a specific text or all item level texts.
