BI_PROCESS_COMMAND - Job Failed

Dear Experts,

We have done OS/DB Migration rehearsal1. In new BW Rehearsal1 server-> BI_PROCESS_COMMAND jobs failed. Found that "Exec targe"t server name is wrong (Old server name). After the change the name to currect host name, Job completed fine.

Observed that SE16-> TBTC0 -> Job name:BI_PROCESS_COMMAND -> Found that 250 number of Job nam and all the Target system has Old server name. I want to change the all the 250 jobs (Same Job name) Target system name. Please let me know how to change.
