how can i extend material number in plant using bdc

plz give me the programm codes in call transaction

you cannot. MM01 is no longer BDC-enabled. Use MMZ1 if your heart tells you to BDC something.

Use MM17 to mass-create material master data.

Use RMDATIND to mass-create new data in direct-input mode.
