i am using sapgui on my desktop.when i am trying to do a BDC report then at the time of "new recording" i have to give a recording name and transaction code.I am giving xd02 but its not working. please tell me what should i use???? instead of xd02.

Are you using a versions like 4.7, 5, ECC 6.0 etc? If this is some trial version or BW, APO system then it may not have XD02 transaction. Look for whether transaction exists in TSTC table or se93 transaction.
