BDC MM01 uploading

hi SAP Technical Guru,

while uploading material master data using mm01 transaction how do we handle material types(different) MTART eilther call transaction/session methods.

flat file/excel file contains different material types.

pls confirm above statement.

hi,

u can use any of the methods in BDC. u can handle material types also ex. if u r uploading rawmaterials give ROH in mtart field like that every material has id.

Sri,

did you not give value in MTART at the time of recording if not than recreate recording than pass the value which comes from file in BDC structure.
