Why don't you try to use transaction SHDB to record the transaction? This will give you all of the necessary information to write a BDC program.

Go to SHDB==> New Recording==> Give IW31=> Fill the fields==> Save it...==> Save the recording==> Come back=> Then Select <b>New program</b>. Give the pgm details
It will automatically create a program for BDC for you.
