BD87 - Filter the Errors

Hi Experts,

I need a great help in getting the all the error idocs to be downloaded.

In transaction BD87, we can see the status for ALE messages. FOr a perticular message type, i wil get the status on the counts when executed. Further if i expand the list for error , i will get the diff. categories of errors and the corresponding counts.

I am finding for any way of downloading all the error idocs for Business analysis of the source.

Can any body guide me the best way to filter them out and avoiding lot of manual intervention..

Hi Jilan,

the simplest way is via database table EDIDC. Use SE16 to select all IDOCS in a given (change) date range with status <> 53 (or what you like better...).
