Please be aware that distribution of SAP course material is not tolerated on SDN. Please do not ask for it, and do not send it. THis is copyrighted material.

Thanks.

hi rich,

you are right..but there are still some websites which are providing SAP Course Tutorials....

Below is the one..

http://www.sapbrain.com

Whether SAP will take any action against them???

Abdul, I think you may be right about some other sites posting copyrighted SAP course materials, but this particular site, I don't see any course materials, and the tutorial links are broken, so I don't really know if there is course material here or not.

We, as the SDN community can't really control what is posted on other sites, but we can do our part in limiting access to this material via this site. Why should we do our part? Because it is illegal. Why else? The copyrighted material is one of the things that you pay for when you register for the course, if anyone could get the material for free, the course registration would drop, and as a result, the price would maybe go up, due to lack of registration. I'm not saying that this would definitely happen, but who is to say that it wouldn't, right? Who knows what else this could effect. Yes, courses are pretty expensive, so we really don't want to pay more simply because others are getting material for free.

Another thing that I don't get is, in my experience, the course material is good, but I'm not sure how much it would help without the lecture and/or dialog that you get in the class room setting when taking the course. So you go thru the course material, and you get to a spot where something is not clear, or you are totally lost, what do you do then? I guess ask on SDN? But I really think that going thru the material with a trained instructor is a better way to go.

As to whether SAP is taking action against these violators, I'm not sure, they may have bigger fish to fry, ya know?

Nice talking with ya.
