While creating an Inbound delivery through Vl31n for a particular PO...there are some fields that need to be copied from PO to inbound delivery...
i am trying to do that through the exit MV50AFZ1...
The error arises when there is a batch split....
IF a batch split exists (more items in EKBE for the purchase order item) in the related outbound delivery then this has to be copied to the inbound delivery. So there can be multiple items in the inbound delivery for 1 purchase order item.
there is no way I can append values in lips through the exit that I am using..
Can you help...
better approach to it is always welcome...

Hi sugopa,
i had done the same thing through exit and got stuck exactly where you are.Later on i did the whole procedure through configuration.
I tried writing a blog on the same as the documentation I had made contains screenshots...but I was not able to attach the screenshots.dont know why.
I have made a documentation for the same along with screenshots.

Hi rahul,
I would definitely need it.
SDN doesnot permit exchange of email ids it seems.
I have hence sent a test mail to your company address as maintained in the details of sdni.e. your Mahindra Consulting adsress..

no Rahul no luck...
The question is not for Batch Strategy, it is for a step after that.
If there is a batch split from the o/b delivery it should be reflected/copied to the inbound delivery also.
Any solution for this.

Hi Sugopa,
I am facing the same issue during batch split.
I used user exit Move_fields_to_LIPS to overide storage location but during batch split when I am going to save the updated delivery I am getting error message READ from Table EKBE failed.
So Please let me know how you solved this issue as its urgent and i need to fix ASAP.
Thanks in advance.
