Batch determination in process order based on material ageing

Can anyone suggest me on below matter?

We have products wherein we require to pick raw material based on its age, say for eg 24 month from the date of its manufacturing irrespective of its expiry

for e.g. if material X has three batches available in stock with different manufacturing date eg. Batch A has mfg date 01/01/2019, exp date 31/12/2024

Batch- B has mfg date 01/01/2019 and exp date as 31/12/2023, Batch C has mfg date 01/05/2020 , exp date as 31/12/2023

While generating process order through COR1 system should pick Batch C of material X and that too in background
