Hi,
I have a IDES 4.7. It was working fine for last couple of months.
Now i have got probelm starting the server. below are my observation :
1. The instance should be green in color but currently it is Yellow in color.
2. Process list node contains MSG_SERVER.exe and DISPWORK.exe. MSG_SERVER is green and DISPWORK.exe is yellow in color.
3. DISP+WORK.exe has status "Running but dialoq queue standstill".
4.WP Table has all the work processes are in status : Run & Start : No.
Can somebody please help here.
