Barcode Issues in Printer

Hi All,

We are using SMARTFORMs to print barcodes. The printer is HP 4350 .

When we are printing in Our Development System the Barcodes Prints and the Print Preview are coming out fine . But in our Quality System the barcode Print previews as well as prints are not coming out proper.The Barcodes are getting Misaligned.

Any hints.

This could be a difference in how the printer is setup in QA verus the DEV box.

Check that the config is the same for both.

Hi ,

Thanks for the Suggestion and I was also guessing that. Our BASIS team is looking into printer setup in Quality Vs Dev. But any more reasons that can cause this difference.

That's really the only thing I can think of if the version of smartform is exactly the same across the systems.

Hi Rich,

What is the way we can check for the version of smartforms. Except for the Changed by and Date in the Global Attributes of the Smartforms.
