1)Do you have any BAPI for updating copack purchase price entry in ME12 Transaction.

2)how many types of files that we are able to upload

into sap(i.e, text,xls).

1) U need to use change BAPI for upating fields...

BAPI_PO_CHANGE -- Change purchase order

2) u can upload .txt & .xls & xml files into sap
