i have to use bapi for RFQ(request for quotation) creation

for this requirement can i use BAPI_PO_CREATE by giving document type AN or AB.

if anybody sure about this one please give reply

You can use FM BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE.

RFQ document type is B.

i guess, you can use the fm BAPI_PO_CREATE.

alternatively you also can use,

BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE

to get more info about this, goto BAPI transaction,

under MATERIAL MANAGEMENT->purchase requisition.(see the DOCUMENTATION Tab)
