Hi,

I am using the BAPI 'BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_REV_POST' to reverse a document.

I am getting the following error.What could be the possible reason?

E RW 609

Error in document: BKPF 100000061IP012006 800

E RW 630

Reversal in component Financial Accounting not possible

E F5A 009

Reversal not possible, accounting document for the ref. does not exist

Just Check that all the parameters passed to this BAPI like company code, table ect in quotes are in upper case.

Hi Srinivas,

To answer your question I have to create Similar Scenario. Mean while you can try to debug the BDC and find out what are the mandatory fields in the Program. I think all 3 errors are due to mandatory fields.

Hi Srinivas,

judging from the error message I suppose you did not pass the correct document number (internal format with all leading zeros.

Did you try the reversal online using transaction?
