BAPI to read the data from SAP buffer

Hi Experts   ,

In  OIM project , We have  connectors to get data from  SAP R/3.

When we are testing the scenario , OIM doesn't find any changes from SAP.

Data base table has not updated the value ,

We also came to know that , Before updating the values in tables, it will be in buffer ,

Hence we would like to get data from SAP buffers,

So we would like to know any BAPI is there to get data from SAP buffers .
