BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEDAT2 - Output missing

HI,

I am creating a sales order from a contract using the bapi_salesorder_createdat2. All works well except the output type is not being determined (output type). Please can someone assist.

Can you explain in detail where you struck.Generally this out put determination will be done from functional side.

Hi,

Sorry I have the picture wrong - I am creating an invoice using the above BAPI. no outputs are being put into the billing document i.e. Z005 (print invoice when saving). When this is done manually the output is automatically pulled through. Must I send something in the bapi parameters for this to work or is the functional setup incorrect?

There is no need to pass any parameters to bapi. Ask your functional people to maintain condition record either to print or mail then it will become automatic.

They say they have done this. They also say it comes through automatically if they create the invoice manually. Is there anything I can ask them to show me to ensure that it is correct?

Hi Leanne,

Ask them to check the combination while maintaining the condition record.From technical point of view there is no need to maintain. I used the same bapi to create sales order and sending mail automatically.
