BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE

HI Friends,

Currently i have to upload data into Tr CA01, but i tried with BDC but it is very complicated. One of my friend suggested me to use BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE .

but i dont know how to proceed , can any one suggest me how to start this Bapi from

step by step and how can i update it.
