Bapi/rfc for stock transfer process

Is there any RFC or Bapi for stock transfer process which should work within the same company codes and b/w two different depots..

or else please suggest me standard RFC or Bapi for vl10b and vl02n transaction.

but the problem is ours is of 4.6c version in which

BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE is not there.
