BAPI or Function Module for VB11/VB12 --- Very Urgent

Hi guys/gals,

Can anyone tell me whether any BAPI/FM exists for VB11/VB12 transactions.

I'm trying with RV_KONDITION_SICHERN/RV_MAT_SUB_SAVE FMs, b...It is giving me an error while opening VB12 transaction itself.

If I insert an record which is already existing with a different Begin date, it is giving me an error.(I could not able to open VB12 itself). Some error like IVAKE duplicate record.....

Could anybody help me out...
