Hi Eric ,

i dont think we have BAPI's for this , but what u can do is make use of this FM GN_DELIVERY_CREATE and u can also check how SAP is using this FM in the program LCNSHF0L.

as per my understanding we can use standard BAPI of Delivery creation in this case as well , but i am not sure abt it, lets try.
