From OSS note 314528:

As of Release 4.70, you can use the BAPIs to manually repost costs and revenues, allocate activity and manual cost, and to enter statistical key figures or sender activities when using Transaction BATCHMAN. This new tool makes the use of the corresponding BAPIs easier, since only the import of data needs to be programmed by the customer using a BAdI. The tool logs the errors. (See IMG -> Controlling -> Cost Center Accounting -> Actual Postings -> Data Transfer from non-SAP systems).

Otherwise you can write a BDC for KB21.

Hi Rob,

thanks for your helpfull answer. At this time we

have 46C but we are changing to ECC6 and i can

use (perhaps) your purpose.
