BAPI for WBS element interface

Hi,

Transaction for WBS element creation is CJ20N.

My requirement is to create projects and proj description using WBS element.

I have to do it using BAPI or BDC.

My question is, is there any BAPI Function module for this, i heard there is a FM 'BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN' for this

But i need to know whether it can be used for creating because in description its given as FM for editing WBS element.

I just need to know whether it can be used to create, if so how can it be done...

Please help as soon as possible.
