i wann to know is there any standard bapi to upload vendor master data for tcode 'XK01' other than bapi_vendor_create.

You can use

*BAPI_VENDOR_EDIT * OR

Try FM VENDOR_ASSORTMENT_UPDATE1 OR

*VENDOR_UPDATE *

This only for vendor upload BAPI.
