bapi for outbound delivery change

I am looking for a bapi or a fm that can

update an outbound delivery

i know that there is a bapi_outb_delivery_change

but i am working with version 4.6c package 33

and i don't have it in the system

can i use something else?

not 100% sure but try typing DELIVERY in transaction se37 and hit F4 most have a description of sorts and you can usually figure out which one will work for you with a bit of trial and error (gotta love test systems)
