BAPI for modifying t000

I want to change the definition of a client. Is there any BAPI for modifying T000.

Hi ferudun,

1. This should not be done thru ABAP Code /BAPi/FM.

2. Its done only by basis team,

thru their special tcode for CLIENT settings.

Hi Amit,

The code will help the BASIS team to monitor the clients that can be custimized and modify the definition.

I want to set "No changes to Repository objects" and "Automating recording of changes".

I don't think there is a BAPI to do this. Why can't they do it through SCC4 transaction.
